The Archives & History Ministry, under the esteemed co-leadership of Dr. Melba Butler and Sharon R. King, together with the Welcome & Hospitality Ministry, led by Valerie McKee, invite you to an afternoon of elegance, heritage, and faith celebrating our church history. Join us as we honor the past, celebrate the present, and embrace the future with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. This year’s Histor-Tea theme is “First Ladies of Abyssinian”, and our guest speaker is First Lady Kimya S.P. Johnson, Esq.
As we steep ourselves in the richness of our church history, guests are invited to bring cherished tea sets, heirlooms, or artifacts that reflect their personal legacy of faith and family.
In line with our tea tradition, we welcome you to grace the runway in our High Tea Fashion Showcase—a celebration of timeless style.
