Join The Abyssinian Baptist Church in conjunction with JCC Harlem for a day of service, connection, and purpose as we give back to our neighborhood through a community clean-up. With two shifts to choose from, there’s an opportunity for everyone to roll up their sleeves and participate in this meaningful effort.

Together, we’ll explore topics like racial justice, interfaith solidarity, and how we can continue to bring Dr. King’s vision of the “Beloved Community” to life.

Join the Abyssinian Baptist Church and JCC Harlem for a heartfelt Day of Service for Seniors, where love and care meet action. Together, we’ll assemble care packages to brighten the days of those in Northern Manhattan Nursing Home. Adults with older children are encouraged to join us to deliver these care packages at Northern Manhattan between 2-3:30 PM

Aby Kidz, in conjunction with JCC Harlem, will decorate cards and poems with arts and crafts and messages of love for those in the Northern Manhattan Nursing Center on 125th Street. Adults with older children are encouraged to join us to deliver these care packages at Northern Manhattan between 2-3:30 PM. Card creation will be in conjunction with packing!

Join us in honoring the legacy of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through service to our community. On MLK Day, we will come together to clean and beautify Saint Nicholas Park and Marcus Garvey Park, two beloved spaces in our neighborhood.

This is a chance to embody Dr. King’s spirit of unity and service while making a tangible difference in our community. Supplies and equipment will be provided, and all ages are welcome to participate.
